New Inglesina Swift 2012 Stroller Review

If you want a lightweight stroller known for durability, quality and function, then you need to take a look at the Inglesina Swift. This stroller weighs 13 pounds and can carry a maximum weight of 55 pounds. While the Swift doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the pricier umbrella strollers, it does have features that parents rave about.

The Swift has a spacious basket beneath the seat that can hold almost 7 pounds, which is quite big for an umbrella stroller. Parents, you also enjoy tall ergonomic handles and superb maneuverability. The seat reclines in 4 positions and owners give a thumbs up for their child's comfort. Oh, you also get to choose from four colors in the 2012 collection; this one is the bright and sporty Mela green.

Overall ratings are between 4 & 4.5 stars for the larger wheels and better maneuverability. Parents like to take this stroller traveling with them so their child can have a comfortable place to nap.

Total Joovy Groove Makeover!

One of the Joovy strollers that has been completely re-made is the all new Groove. This wonderful umbrella stroller has undergone a complete transformation from wheels to canopy.

The seat is roomy with a leg extension and a multi-position recline. It can hold up to 50 pounds ensuring years of use. You child also gets small pockets on either side of the seat for snacks and a drink, and a padded 5-point safety harness secures your passenger. An extra large sun canopy shades your child and it has a peek-a-boo window so you can check in.

You'll be impressed with the maneuverability on the Groove and the large hard rubber wheels and all-wheel suspension gives you a smooth ride over the bumpiest sidewalks. Tall comfortable handles and a large storage basket all make your outings more pleasant.

Quinny Reveals the New Moodd

Presenting the next generation Buzz. Notice that the frame on the beautiful new Quinny Moodd is pretty much the same. The fold and unfold of the Moodd is automatic, just like the Buzz, but the styling and design of this new Quinny stroller is quite eye-catching!

I love the innovative sun canopy and the color combinations. No silver frame on this one! You get either a white frame with pink, grey (natural) or black fabric, or a black frame on red, black, dark blue or dark green. It is stunning! The front belly bar reminds me of a roller coaster ride and it's to give your child that sense of his own space and to have fun.

Your child rides from age 6 months up to a 50-pound weight limit, but the Moodd can also take a Maxi Cosi car seat with the included adapters, or the Dreami Bassinet. You don't have to wait with your newborn! The seat is reversing as well, so your child either faces you our faces outward. I just love it and look forward to the review!

Combi Cabria Review

Combi makes a comeback with their newest addition, the Cabria. This stroller is Combi's most appointed with enhanced features such as larger wheels for a smoother ride. The basket beneath the seat is 25% larger than the Cosmo and it sports a larger, expandable sun canopy. A large sun canopy is a must for new strollers these days. More enhanced features include a head-rest pillow and padded shoulder straps on the safety harness.

The Cambria weighs only 13.5 pounds and can hold your child up to an impressive 55 pounds. Combi's patented 3-Second Fold quickly folds your stroller and it is self-standing for convenient storage. Standard features on all Combi strollers include a wide padded multi-position reclining seat with breathable mesh fabric. With the Cabria comes a parent cup holder with organizer off the handle bar, a child cup/snack holder and a removable bumper bar. Need a travel system? The Cabria can accommodate a Combi Shuttle 33 car seat.

Combi strollers have gotten some mixed reviews over the last few years. The Combi Flare seems to be holding out OK with 4-star reviews, but the more lavishly appointed Cosmo has suffered only 3½-star reviews.

So when I heard that Combi was releasing the Cabria, I was looking forward to reviewing one so I could see if Combi had improved on the complaints the Cosmo was getting. But I deliberately did not read reviews for other models. I wanted to see the Combi Cabria with fresh eyes.

This is a rather new Combi stroller, so there aren't many reviews yet, but when I tested it, I came away more disappointed than impressed. Find out why I give this stroller 3.5 stars in my Combi Cabria review.

Presenting the Peg Perego Pliko Mini

Let us welcome the newest member of the Peg Perego family - the Mini. Weighing only 13 pounds and very compact, this little umbrella stroller still has all the superb qualities that Peg Perego has built its reputation on.

This new Peg Perego baby stroller boasts features like a one-handed umbrella fold using a centrally placed handle for convenience. Yep, you can fold it while holding your baby! Transport is easy with another carrying handle on the side.

Phil and Teds New 2012 Premium Stroller: The Promenade

The newest and most luxurious Phil and Teds stroller to debut in 2012 is the premium Promenade. This is a sophisticated convertible stroller with a doubles option meant for city use. The seat on the Promenade morphs into a flat-bed bassinet and sits higher on the frame as baby faces you for better bonding.

Once you have two children or have twins, add the second seating option, whether you use the bassinet, car seat, or any number of variations. However you use the Promenade, what makes it spectacular is that you can use it for children up to 4 years old.

Other features that savvy moms and dads appreciate are the telescoping handle bar that extends way out and the large sun canopy with zippered extension panel for extra sun coverage. The maneuverability is incredible - one dad turned it all the way around in an elevator in NYC! The fold and smooth gliding wheels also get raves in early blog reviews.

Stroller Envy Mia Moda Atmosferra Review

Right now, convertible strollers are extremely popular and it's understandable: we love the stylish design and most of all we like the seating options. Modern looking AND functional all in one stroller! Unfortunately, most of these beauties are out of our price range, so I was incredibly pleased when I learned about the Mia Moda Atmosferra because not only is it affordable, but the feedback on it so far have been outstanding. I just had to get it to review!

I took this full-sized Mia Moda stroller on a walk around a nearby university campus with my friend who has a 17-month-old to get her opinion. Joovy Zoom Updates

I've added some more details and better photos on the Joovy Zoom review here on Stroller Envy. This is one of the few all terrain strollers that are mid-range in price. Most are either ultra-budget under $200 or well over $300, like the famous BOB Revolution stroller.

I never even knew that Joovy made a jogging stroller until I began my research on finding the best strollers; you normally think of BOB, Baby Jogger, or brands like the Baby Trend Expedition or Jeep Liberty.

Joovy has well known-products like the Caboose stroller-and-a half, as well as the lightweight Kooper. But a jogger? Well, yes, and a high quality one that has created quite a buzz among owners who can't say enough good reviews about it.
