Graco Strollers were developed by the Graco Company, which has been manufacturing baby and juvenile products for over 50 years.

Up until the mid-1950s, Graco had been a fabricated machine and car parts manufacturer. But once one of the business partners left the company, Graco headed in a new direction making baby swings. The Swyngomatic® was born and ever since then Graco has set the standard for quality products. Such hits included Pack N' Play® portable play yards and each Graco high chair has recieved excellent consumer ratings. Graco takes credit for the invention of the Graco Travel System, which allows parents to move a sleeping baby from car to stroller to house all without waking the little one.

Today Graco is a part of Newell Rubbermaid™ company and Graco strollers have a reputation for durability and affordability, not to mention these strollers look fantastic. Graco offers a variety of models each with their own features.

They are continually updating their collection. They now have a new modular, or convertible stroller that you've got to see. And now Graco is showcasing their newest product: their first three-wheeled all-terrain stroller called Trekko.

Convertible Stroller

Graco's exciting new model is called the Signature Series. This attractive stroller has features parents have come to expect from mid-range products. For a convertible stroller, this Graco stroller is on the lower end of the price range at about $300.

The Graco Signature Series 3-in-1 Modular can hold your child up to 50 pounds. The seat is a molded one-piece unit, standard on the more luxury strollers with reversing seats. The seat has a 3-position recline and the safety harness converts from a 5-point to a 3-point lap buckle once your child is older.

One unique feature I like is the curved handle called the Closeness Handle, which brings you 7" closer to your baby than other Graco Travel Systems. The front swivel wheels aren't doubled like most standard strollers, but single with front-end suspension for superior maneuverability.

Parents are not timid buying this new product. They love it and have been giving it 4-star reviews on various online retailers.

The UrbanLite weighs just under 20 lbs, yet it can hold your child up to 50 lbs. The seat reclines in numerous positions to flat, and can carry your Graco SnugRide infant car seat to make a travel system. Several color schemes offer a matching car seat that you can buy together as a pair for some great savings.

Parents will also enjoy using the UrbanLite with its adjustable-height handle bar and very generous shopping basket. The sun canopy is impressive on this new model as is the tight, compact fold.

For you, the MetroLite has padded, height adjustable handles, accommodating adults of various sizes. The storage basket underneath is generous and can fold down so that if your baby is fully reclined, you can still have access. Gotta love that. The MetroLite folds easily and can still stand upright once folded, which can be convenient when putting away other things first.

Weighing in at only 17 pounds, this lightweight stroller is ready to go anywhere at anytime. It's your "on-the-go doing errands" stroller. The ergonomic handles on the Graco Ipo make pushing a breeze and you can see your little one anytime with the peek-a-boo window in the canopy. It also has a reclining seat and a storage basket, features that are not that common on umbrella strollers, especially for the price.

Parents like that it is easy to fold and carry around and it is a popular stroller to take with you on vacation to places like Disneyland. And while this is not the lightest umbrella stroller around, it is sturdy and can hold a child up to 50 pounds.

With features such as multi-position reclining seat with removable head support when it's time for a nap, baby has gentle support. A snack tray and drink holder is there when baby wakes up.

Consumer Reports gives the Quattro Tour stroller very good marks all around for ease of use, maneuverability and safety. Moms like you rate the Quattro Tour stroller with astonishing 5-star reviews! This is the highest rated of all the Graco strollers! The one pictured at right is the Zurich collection, which has not gotten many reviews yet because its new. While this model wasn't classified as a Best Buy or Recommended model, the Quattro Tour Sport earned the highest rating in the Traditional Stroller class in Consumer Reports with excellent marks for ease of use and maneuverability and a good mark for safety. Now that's impressive!

In addition, the Quattro Tour Sport has gotten 4½-star reviews with the Boone color scheme travel system set. The photo shown is for the new Sachi color scheme, and at the time of this writing, there are no reviews. But for the reviews that are out there, parents remark that this stroller is very comfortable for their child. Other features such as the easy fold and large storage basket are highly received as well. You will absolutely love these classy-looking Graco strollers.

Double Graco Strollers
