Contours Lite

I have to confess something. This is not a Contours brand, but the Tour Sport is such a well-made umbrella stroller I just had to show it to you as part of the Kolcraft family. It's received a 4-star rating from a variety of web retailers. Read on to find out why.

A nice simple little stroller for under 50 bucks, the Kolcraft Tour Sport comes with reclining padded seat, a storage pocket, and a parent cup holder. It also has an sun shade canopy. Many mothers mention that this umbrella stroller is perfect because it is so lightweight that they can carry them with only one hand, and it opens and collapses easily. Moms know that we need more like 8 arms to carry everything we need, but this makes it SO much easier!

The Kolcraft Tour Sport also has handles that are comfortable for tall parents and the front wheels swivel around completely. Parents also write in to comment that this umbrella stroller is excellent for traveling and for running quick errands like going to the store.

Kolcraft Contours Optima

This is the newest tandem stroller in the Kolcraft Contours line. The Optima is beautifully designed and the main feature it boasts is the weight. While the Options Tandem II (below) weighs a heavy 46 pounds, the new Optima weighs only 36.6 pounds, quite an improvement!

The Optima has reversing seats with six different configurations that allows you the flexibility you need with two children in tow. If you have a newborn, the stroller comes with one car seat adapter that accomodates most brands. Have twins? You can purchase another adapter and use two car seats.

A large storage basket, height adjustable sun canopies and an easy, free-standing fold are just some of the convenient features that busy parents love.

While this is a new stroller to the tandem market, the Contours Optima has been getting 4 & 4½-star reviews for the seating options, maneuverability and ample storage space.
